Your AI agents write the message and choose the layout, but you own the look. Your header, footer, logo, colors, and fonts are set once on the Brand Kit page and then reused for every email an agent designs. Open Brand Kit from the sidebar. Its tabs are Profile, Voice, Style, Links & Footer, Email skin, Email components, and Sources. The Email skin tab defines the frame around every agent email: the header, the footer, the corner style, the button style, and the logo size. Use Edit with AI to describe the change you want, then Save skin. The setting Apply this skin to autonomous (growth agent) emails controls where the frame is used. When it is on, new autonomous emails use your frame. When it is off, the skin is saved but those emails use the default header and footer. SVG logos are supported. Tranthor converts them to an image so they display in email clients. Very large or complex SVG files are not accepted.

Email components: reusable layouts

The Email components tab shows your current header and footer (the brand frame, with a revision number) and any saved layouts.
  • Edit header and footer takes you to the Email skin tab.
  • Sync header and footer updates your saved layouts to the latest header and footer. Only a workspace admin can sync. If everything is already current, you are told there is nothing to sync.
  • A saved layout shows which revision of the header and footer it uses, and flags an older one.
Having no saved components is normal. Your emails already use your header and footer, and the AI writes everything between them from each campaign’s goal and your business type. Create a component only when you want a reusable section that the AI should follow.
You create and approve components in the Email Design Studio, which also has a chat assistant for designing them. The studio asks you to set up your Email skin first. Header and footer are always included in a design. From the component library you can approve a component to make it available, Retire from future selection, or Restore availability later.

How much design freedom agents have

Email design autonomy has three levels: You set the Maximum email design autonomy for the whole workspace in your operating limits. Each objective chooses its own level, up to that maximum. Design freedom never grants permission to send. Approved headers, footers, and brand styling stay protected at every level, and email campaigns built from an approved design are reviewed by a person before they send.

Emails in team plans

When your engagement team shows sample emails in a plan, the AI chooses up to six sections to fit the goal. It picks the type of section and writes plain copy, and Tranthor supplies every link, image, and product. The AI also adapts its choices to your type of business and to the customer’s lifecycle stage.

Product grids

A product grid uses products from your connected store catalog. A product appears only if it is not out of stock, is in a sellable status, has a title, and has both a product page and an image on secure (https) addresses. A grid never shows the same product twice.
  • Prices are not shown. The catalog does not store currency yet.
  • Best-sellers come from your tags. Products tagged as best-sellers or featured are ranked first. They are not ranked by sales yet.
  • No catalog, no grid. If you have no eligible products, the grid is left out and the rest of the email is unchanged.

Editing a single email with AI

When you edit an email with the AI email editor, it checks its own work before it gives you the result. It renders the email at desktop width and at 375px and 320px mobile widths, looks for visible problems such as overflow or broken logos, and makes at most one correction. If the check cannot run, the editor stops instead of presenting an unchecked email.
