The Tranthor dashboard Settings area is where you configure data sources, API keys, subscription management, integrations, and billing. Open Settings from the sidebar or go to Settings.

Settings overview

Settings are organized into the following sections.

Data Sources

Connect where your user and event data comes from (e.g. Segment, API, Shopify). Configure these at Settings.

Authentication

  • Public Write KeySettings: The write key used to submit user data to Tranthor from your app or API.
  • Admin API KeySettings: Used to authenticate against the Admin API. Create and manage keys here.

Subscription Management

Preview and configure the subscription management page that end users see for opting in or out of subscription groups. Available at Settings.

Integrations

Connect external tools such as Hubspot at Settings.

Workspace Metadata

Copy your workspace ID and other workspace metadata at Settings.

Company

Manage your company settings and members at Company . Only admins can access this section.

Billing

Billing and plan management live under Settings → Billing at Billing. Only workspace admins can access billing.

Billing and plans

Tranthor offers the following plan tiers:
  • Free – Get started at no cost.
  • Starter – For growing teams.
  • Growth – For scaling engagement.
  • Enterprise – For large organizations with custom needs.
On the billing page you can:
  • View your current plan and billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • Upgrade or change plan via secure checkout.
  • Open the customer portal to manage payment method, invoices, and subscription details.
If you are in onboarding, completing checkout may redirect you back to the dashboard to finish setup. For pricing details and feature comparison, see the pricing page in the app.
