Where to start

  • To get an answer or build something once, open Home and ask the Tranthor Assistant.
  • To have campaigns prepared for you on an ongoing basis, set up the engagement team from Agents.
  • To refine one message, segment, or journey, use the agent built into that editor.

You stay in control

  • Approval first. The engagement team drafts campaigns and waits for you. Nothing is sent until you approve it, unless you explicitly turn on autonomous sending.
  • Limits that every agent send must respect. Set how often customers can be contacted, which channels and audiences agents may use, and the largest discount allowed. See Contact controls.
  • Your brand, protected. Agents design emails inside the layouts and styling you approve. See Brand and email design.
